By accessing or using Reprompter's Chrome extension, website, and API services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
2. Description of Services
Reprompter provides an AI prompt refinement service that processes user inputs through machine learning models to generate improved prompts. Our Services include:
- Reprompter Chrome Extension (browser extension)
- Web dashboard and account management
- API access for developers
3. Account Registration
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription and Billing
Reprompter offers the following paid subscription plans:
- Free Tier: Limited to 10 refinements per day and 10 per month, at our discretion.
- Pro Tier: $9/month (or local equivalent). Billed monthly through Stripe. Cancel anytime.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice prior to your next billing cycle.
5. Free Tier Limits
The free tier is limited to 10 expert refinements per day and 10 per month. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time. Abuse of the free tier (including creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits) may result in immediate termination.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our Services. Specifically, you shall not:
- Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying algorithms
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Services
- Use automated tools to access the Services beyond rate limits
- Generate content that violates any third party's intellectual property rights
- Use the Services in a manner that infringes on any person's privacy
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the prompts you submit for refinement. By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs to provide the refinement results. Reprompter's name, logo, and related trademarks are our property.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for non-payment.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REPROMPTER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Reprompter operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
